Job Description
We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Associate for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend between 15000 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as Full Time Employee.)
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Source candidates from various platforms matching desired skills.
- Design and update job descriptions for existing profiles.
- Identify effective recruitment sources to close open positions.
- Proactively engage in recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement activities.
Skills Required:
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Qualification:
MBA with HR specialization (Preferred)
