Job Description
Job RequirementsPosition: UI Developer (jQuery, HTML, CSS, Accessibility)
Job Duties:
Competent to perform all programming, project management, and development assignments without close supervision.
Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
Drives application development focused around delivering business valuable features.
Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Communicates with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that require careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
Manages the completion of own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
Basic Qualifications:
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
Five years or more of software development experience.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Good understanding of NodeJS and SASS.
Experience working with Accessibility guidelines and defect resolution.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
Using responsive design to ensure satisfactory accuracy and compliance across mobile and desktop browsers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in some of the following:
Experience with Gulp and Grunt.
Experience in more than one Content Management System.
