Position: Sr. Technical Lead Java J2EE Developer

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (WFH only)

Full time permanent position

Job Description: Sr. Technical Lead- Java J2EE Developer with Strong Coding skills

Objectives of this role:

• Develop, test and maintain high-quality software using Java programming language.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
• Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• In-depth understanding of web development using Java Servlets, Hibernate and Spring framework, Microservices and SQL databases.
• Candidate MUST have very strong coding skills.

• Proficiency in developing systems that use:
• ActiveMQ (good to have),
• Oracle DB.
• Experience of building systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Serverless and NoSQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
