Position: Sr. Technical Lead Java J2EE Developer
Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (WFH only)

Job Description: Sr. Technical Lead- Java J2EE Developer with Strong Coding skills
Objectives of this role:
- Develop, test and maintain high-quality software using Java programming language.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
- Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- In-depth understanding of web development using Java Servlets, Hibernate and Spring framework, Microservices and SQL databases.
- Candidate MUST have very strong coding skills.
- Proficiency in developing systems that use:
- ActiveMQ (good to have),
- Oracle DB.
- Experience of building systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Serverless and NoSQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
