Job Description

Healthy World is looking for Key Account Manager - Modern Trade & Specialty Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and review financial statements on a regular basis.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual variances.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:Manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments to vendors.
Handle accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
Tax Compliance:Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local and national regulations.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
Assist with tax planning to optimize financial strategies.
Financial Reporting:Generate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
Audit Support:Facilitate internal and external audits.
Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide financial insights to aid strategic planning.
Cash Management:Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations.
Implement effective cash management strategies.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Stay updated on changes in accounting and finance regulations.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and management.
Provide financial guidance to other departments.
