Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM & Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 end to end project experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud within the HCM space. This role requires Fast Formula expertise apart from Payroll module skills and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.
  • Work extensively with Oracle Redwood UI , ensuring a seamless user experience and adopting best practices for HCM transformations.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Payroll Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
  • Have an understanding of Fusion HCM and Payroll concepts and the integration of Payroll Cloud with other HCM Modules
  • Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis , and design system solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and OTBI .
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle Payroll Cloud enhancements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support).
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 Payroll projects end to end implementation experience
  • Understanding of UK Payroll would be added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll data model, security, workflows, and personalization .
  • Very good experience in Payroll related fast Formula skills
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, and HCM Extracts .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
