Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineers to understand data needs and translate them into visual

solutions.

• Converting English dashboards to Hindi Dashboards
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop complex calculations, parameters, and filters to support dynamic dashboards. Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards and troubleshoot any data or visualization issues.
• Maintain and support Tableau Server or Tableau Online environment, including publishing and scheduling reports.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, APIs).
• Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 35 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Experience with data blending, joins, and data source optimization.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
