Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Java development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor with a proven track record in developing robust, scalable software solutions using Java, along with expertise in Microservices, SQL, and the Spring framework. In addition to technical prowess, this role requires
strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide the development team towards successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using Java, Microservices, SQL, Spring framework etc.
Architect and implement complex features and functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team through proactive research, exploration, and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Resolving technical challenges, and providing technical leadership in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of core Java concepts and best practices.
Proven experience in team leadership or management, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members towards achieving common goals.
Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-level software applications using Java, Elasticsearch, SQL, and the Spring framework.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Should have understanding of Angular or any other UI framework
Should have understanding of mobile applications and how they work.
