Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Note:-

B2B Tech Sales experience, IT services, and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Clearly understand and articulate KPO service offerings (Research, Analytics, Finance & Accounting, Legal Processes, Data Management, etc.) to prospects.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Prepare and share introductory proposals, quotations, and capability decks with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with delivery teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects, verticals, and business opportunities.
Actively participate in webinars, campaigns, and industry events to drive inbound interest.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and value-based communication.


Requirements (Skills & Experience):


  • Strong understanding of IT services, staff augmentation, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Zoho CRM Expertise:
    • Generate and analyze reports to monitor sales performance.
    • Use Zoho CRM to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and handle client communications.
