Identify and eliminate waste across processes (TIMWOOD framework).
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to implement lean improvements on shop floors.
Support plant teams in embedding lean culture through structured tools and training.
Line Balancing & Process Optimization:
Perform line balancing studies to improve takt time and optimize resource allocation.
Design and validate efficient workflows and workstations layouts using IE tools.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and process standardization.
Project Support & Documentation:
Support new product introductions (NPI), Finance, Manufacturing team by analyzing process impact and preparing standard work documentation.
Contribute to capacity planning and productivity improvement projects.
Prepare and present analysis reports and improvement proposals to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
36 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial engineering environment.
Hands-on expertise in MTM (MTM certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
Proficiency in line balancing, work measurement, and layout planning.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools.
Exposure to digital time study tools, simulation software, or ERP/MES systems is a plus.
