Job Description
- You will be joining Trillectric, a company based in New Delhi that operates in the EnergyTech, IoT, and Embedded Systems industry. As a hands-on full stack engineer, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of requirements from the initial architecture phase to final delivery. You will play a key role in implementing platform features that are centered around IoT integration and real-time data systems. Working closely with product and business teams, you will translate high-level needs into technical plans and oversee their execution, providing guidance and support to junior developers. In terms of leadership and architecture, you will be expected to convert product and business requirements into clear technical specifications and modular tasks. Your tasks will include defining scalable and maintainable system architectures, establishing core frameworks and implementation patterns, and leading by example through mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and engaging in pair programming sessions. Your responsibilities will also involve the development and delivery of backend services and APIs using Node.js, with a focus on real-time data handling. You will be required to create responsive front-end interfaces using React.js or Vue.js, integrate with IoT devices for data ingestion, formatting, and visualization, work with MongoDB and time-series databases for structured and unstructured energy data, and ensure code quality, modularity, and system performance are maintained. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a track record of deploying production applications that have been used by real users. You should possess a systemic mindset, capable of building modular and clean architectures. A keen interest in developing products within the infrastructure, climate, or emerging technology sectors is desirable, with a bonus if you have prior experience in energy, IoT, or hardware-connected platforms.
