Job Description
- You will be joining ABL Education, an innovative EdTech company dedicated to transforming schools into future-ready ecosystems through a learner-centric, activity-based learning approach. Your role as an Innovation Coach will involve mentoring students in STEM subjects, leading robotics sessions, supporting innovative projects, implementing ABL Pedagogy, preparing students for competitions, and collaborating with educators to enhance learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include cultivating problem-solving and critical thinking skills, inculcating STE(A)M and computational thinking skills, nurturing collaboration and teamwork, fostering communication and presentation skills, and instilling empathy and socio-emotional skills among learners. You will be working on-site at client schools across India, with the head office located in Noida. Your qualifications should include STEM education, robotics, and coding skills, along with experience in working with students in STEM subjects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and support innovative projects. Knowledge of 3D designing, artificial intelligence, electronics, automation, and IoT is a plus. A bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or education is required. The preferred candidate profile includes experience as a STEM/robotics/coding/electronics trainer, knowledge of electronics, Arduino, C, 3D designing, Raspberry Pi, and Python, good communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in computer, internet, email usage, and MS Office.
