Job Description
- You are an experienced UiPath Technical Team Leader with over 10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 7-8 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the BFSI domain. Your role involves managing a team of RPA developers, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai, where you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing robotic process automation solutions, analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing workflows using RPA technologies. Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of RPA developers, offering technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. Your proven experience in leading and managing technical teams will be essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise should include proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Studio, Orchestrator, etc., covering solution design, development, and implementation. You should have a strong understanding of RPA design patterns, best practices, and development methodologies, along with experience in integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all RPA solutions undergo thorough testing and meet quality standards before deployment. Moreover, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices in RPA development and project management, and conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of RPA technologies and methodologies. In terms of soft skills, you should possess excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. UiPath certification(s) are highly desirable, along with experience in managing multiple RPA projects.,
