Job Description

Role: Language Interpreter English to Bengali & vice versa

Salary: 4.20 LPA to 5.40 LPA

Job Summary

We are hiring Language Interpreters to facilitate smooth communication between clients and customers by interpreting conversations in Bengali and English. The interpreter will handle telephone and video calls on demand, rendering conversations accurately in consecutive mode between both languages.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret conversations between customers and clients in Bengali English.
Handle on-demand telephone and video calls professionally and accurately.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: Up to 40 years
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali and English

Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
Proficient in computer usage and basic applications
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Comfortable in video conferences with clients
Must have WiFi connection, Laptop/Desktop/Smartphone (Company system will be provided)
