    As a Quality Assurance Leader in the healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing QA processes, automation frameworks, and best practices tailored to healthcare products. Your primary responsibility will involve driving test planning, execution, and automation strategies to ensure scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and business analysts will be essential to integrate quality into the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will champion a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle, and foster a data-driven quality culture by leveraging analytics to improve test effectiveness, defect trends, and product stability. Partnering with Product Management, you will ensure that QA strategies align with the product roadmap and customer needs. By defining product-centric quality metrics reflecting user impact, performance, and reliability, you will contribute to a user-centric approach. Working closely with engineering teams, you will optimize testing in microservices, cloud-native architectures, and API-first designs. Furthermore, advocating for continuous testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices will be crucial to ensure frequent, high-quality releases. Your emphasis on user experience-driven testing will focus on customer workflows, accessibility, and performance. In terms of team management, you will lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive product testing strategies, defect management, and release readiness. Establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as quality metrics, defect density, and test automation coverage will be key to measuring product quality. Your role will also involve developing and implementing automated testing frameworks for healthcare applications. Overseeing performance, security, and integration testing for APIs, EDI transactions (X12), and healthcare workflows will be crucial. You will utilize tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, Cypress, or other industry-standard automation frameworks. Collaborating with product engineers, you will implement automated quality gates to ensure seamless integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. To stay ahead in this role, you will need to stay updated with emerging technologies, AI/ML in testing, and industry trends in healthcare product quality. Recommending process improvements, risk-based testing approaches, and AI-driven automation will enhance efficiency. Experimenting with AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, predictive defect analysis, and self-healing automation scripts will be part of your continuous improvement and innovation efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Quality Assurance Strategy & Leadership - Product Mindset & Engineering Collaboration - Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration - Test Automation & Performance Engineering - Continuous Improvement & Innovation **Mandatory Skills:** - 15+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Experience in testing products within healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks. - Hands-on experience with test automation, performance testing, and security testing. - Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and shift-left testing approaches. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with AI-driven test automation frameworks. - Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, SAFe Agile, or healthcare compliance certifications. - Experience with HL7, FHIR, and interoperability testing.,
