Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL), your role will involve managing treasury and banking operations in order to maintain the funding position for the division. It is crucial to monitor bank account balances regularly to avoid idle bank balances and ensure optimal funding for the business. Daily tasks will include preparing the borrowing position, executing online transfers with banks, and handling banking operations such as account opening and documentation queries. A key responsibility will be cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure the business is optimally funded, especially during challenging periods like a cash crunch. Your role will also involve liaising with bankers for various tasks such as opening bank accounts and mutual fund investment folios for functional business departments. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Chartered Accountant qualification and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury and banking management. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of ABFRL and contributing to the company's success in the fashion and lifestyle industry.,
