    Role Overview:


    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development/Sales Manager to join our
    team in Jaipur. This role focuses on expanding our franchise network and spearheading business
    development initiatives to fuel PUNO's growth across India.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for franchise expansion, encompassing business models, area demarcation, marketing plans, legal agreements, and operational SOPs.
    • Drive franchise expansion efforts by identifying and meeting potential franchisee prospects.
    • Lead marketing efforts to generate franchise leads and ensure effective lead conversion.
    • Create and implement franchise-specific business plans and budgets to achieve expansion targets.
    • Deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees, addressing all their queries and concerns.
    • Oversee the completion of documentation and onboarding processes for new franchisees.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful setup and smooth operation of new franchise locations.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to refine expansion strategies.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise expansion or related fields.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding franchise networks.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities.
