Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversions, upsells, and cross-sells.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
