Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Cloud Architect to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the business and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and databases.
- Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
- Work closely with development teams to support cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate on cloud architecture and solution design best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services like Virtual Machines, Networking, App Services, Azure Active Directory, and Storage.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, automation tools (ARM, Terraform, etc.), and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Certification in Azure (AZ-104, AZ-303/304, or equivalent) is a plus.
