Role Summary As part of Service Delivery, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients in the BFSI space. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team. Your role is a blend of strategic leadership, financial oversight, technical management, and customer relationship management, all with the goal of ensuring our technology platforms deliver maximum value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships. Proactively identify client needs and new business opportunities, collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to expand our service portfolio.
Project and Service Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all projects, from initial scoping and resource planning to implementation and post-go-live support. Take full ownership of service delivery performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure all contractual obligations are met or exceeded. Implement robust quality control measures and governance frameworks to guarantee the excellence of all delivered services.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing service delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure all team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Financial and Operational Management: Manage service delivery budgets, forecast resource needs, and identify strategies to reduce costs without compromising service quality. Analyze service metrics and client feedback to continuously refine and improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
Technical Acumen and Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of our Treasury & Wealth platforms, including a working knowledge of underlying programming languages, databases, and development frameworks. Ensure all service delivery operations are in full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards.
Required Qualifications Experience: 12-15 years of proven experience in a leadership role within Service Delivery or Project Management. A minimum of 8 years of total experience in a project management or business analyst role is preferred.
Experience in Treasury & Wealth Platform delivery management is a must. Prior experience in the Banking / Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management, resource planning, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of SLA/KPI measurement and reporting. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards in the financial sector. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Technical proficiency with programming languages, databases, and development frameworks.
