Technical Manager @ Intellect Design Arena

Job Description

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Angular, Cloud, API, micro services, Postgre or Oracle DB
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines
• Lead & influence outcomes on project execution with customers and internal stakeholders
• Design scalable and maintainable system architectures and contribute to high-level software development decisions
• Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations and 1:1 meeting with team members
• Manage technical risks and ensure the timely resolution of issues and blockers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in the company
• Ensure technical documentation and operational support are in place
