Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in any field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant years of experience working in banking field.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of subject matter expert.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned subject area or domain, including industry trends, best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct data analysis, research, and evaluation to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the subject matter, and provide recommendations for action.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document findings, insights, and recommendations in clear, concise reports, presentations, and other communication formats for stakeholders at various levels.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to share analysis results, key insights, and recommendations with internal teams, management, and external partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to internal stakeholders, providing guidance, expertise, and support on matters related to the subject area.
