Senior Program Manager - Ith/it - Iam & Devops @ Mercedes Benz

Areas of Work: Leading the IAM and Devops team as a coach and leader, focus on software development, delivery with high quality while driving innovation, new ideas and enhancements. Develop and monitor necessary metrics to steer and course correct initiatives as needed.

Objectives of the Job:

Project & Program Management Coach your team and ensure successful delivery of software products/services within your portfolio

Define and implement a future roadmap for your team's software products & services.

Drive innovation projects and ensure value-add considering latest Cybersecurity trends and standards.

Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in your team by defining clear career paths as well as increasing the value of work while reducing repetitive tasks through automation, optimization.

Focus on stakeholder management by aligning closely with the Global Cyber Security team and ensuring customer satisfaction with customers across the global.

Financial management: manage product/service finances, accounting of revenues, expenses etc.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security (or equivalent)

Security Certifications : CISSP, CSSLP, CEH

Experience Range : 14+ years

Specific Knowledge/Skills

IT Project and Program Management Should have managed a large portfolio of software development projects/services across multiple security domains. A good record of accomplishment of grooming the topics as well as the people involved and showing a significant growth would be necessary.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in secure software development with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in Project/Program/delivery mgmt., stakeholder mgmt., supplier mgmt., Cost mgmt. and managing large teams (preferably 20+ employees)

Expert level knowledge/skills on IAM, SAML, OIDC. Hands-on experience with programming languages and technologies: ReactJS, Java, Python, .NET, etc.

Familiarity with Agile software development processes, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability assessment tools and general application security requirements is highly desirable.

Should have worked with Agile Development teams with a good exposure to Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and DevOps methodologies.

Should be familiar and have worked with software deployment on public, private and hybrid clouds, Kubernetes/containers etc.

Proven excellence in stakeholder and customer/partner management.

Proven experience in business acquisition and solutioning for new topics/setup.

Experience in driving projects/topics using metrics/KPIs data driven decisions and steering.

Financial acumen in managing product/service P/L and planning.

German Language Skills will be an added Advantage.
