Job Description

This is an Operational role that will be tasked with monitoring users Aladdin permissions to ensure they are aligned to policies and resolving any issues found The role will also involve providing 1st line support for user permission questions and issues

The Role will Undertake

Configuration and implementation of automated check processes
Monitoring results of checks, logging and resolving issues
Ensuring Aladdin permission policies are applied and adhered to
Checks will include SoD identification and approval, Permission Port Group population, Excessive permissions checks
Provide 1st line of support to users with Aladdin permission questions / issues liaising with and advising the Business
Assist with the development, testing, implementation and operation of a checks, process improvements and governance controls

Skills:

Data and Business Analysis
Ability to liaise with Business teams and individuals to extract the relevant information
Investment Management experience would be advantageous
Data manipulation and collation in Microsoft Excel
SQL experience would be advantageous
