Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will be responsible for building intelligent, context-aware AI solutions that integrate dynamic knowledge retrieval and autonomous agent workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
- Python (4+ years): Strong coding and data manipulation skills.
- LLMs: Experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- RAG Systems: Hands-on with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval pipelines.
- Agentic AI: Practical experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI to build autonomous agents.
- Proficiency in working with embeddings, context-aware systems, and external API integration.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Experience building chatbots or enterprise AI assistants.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools.
You Will:
- Build and deploy AI solutions that combine retrieval, reasoning, and autonomy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver intelligent features.
- Continuously improve model performance using real-world feedback and data.
