What Youll Be Doing:

  • Drive offline B2B sales through cold calling and in-person meetings with corporates, institutions & organizations
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners to boost bookings
  • Tailor pitches based on client needs and close high-conversion deals from OYOs product portfolio
  • Own the full sales cycle onboarding, revenue closures, and ensuring client retention for repeat sales
  • Maintain monthly sales trackers and ensure timely collections of outstanding payments
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and leverage data for lead generation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Occupancy (URN) growth month-over-month
  • Active account engagement & pulsing
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets from assigned accounts

Skills Required:

  • Excellent networking & negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical ability & sales acumen
  • Efficient stakeholder & client relationship management
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented approach

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2 to 7 years in B2B sales
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or real estate is a strong plus
  • Local market knowledge of Gurgaon
  • Willingness to travel daily in the field
