  • Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.
  • Support HR administration, including payroll, compliance.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.
  • Address employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
