Must be having minimum 8 10 years of experience in Manual and Test Automation

- Rich experience in making Test Strategy and Test estimation

Strong leadership skills

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Excellent team player and team builder

Excellent analytical and technical skills

Must have worked with overseas client and good understanding of onshore offshore work culture

Must have rich experience working at onsite

Ability to translate business needs in to testing framework

Must have used automation tools like CodedUI, Selenium, Web Services

Must have worked on automation framework (eg data driven, key word driven, Hybrid)

Sound knowledge of databases

Ability to mentor, coach, guide and train people using automation tools like Selenium / CodedUI.

- Experience in Health insurance domain (preference)

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E.

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
