We are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer/SDET to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, particularly JMeter, or Gatling, or k6.io. Additionally, proficiency in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or Playwright is essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of working on complex projects and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests for web applications using JMeter, Gatling, or k6.io.
Create realistic test scenarios, scripts, and workload models to simulate various user activities and system loads.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to identify bottlenecks and improve system responsiveness, throughput, and scalability.
Collaborate with development teams to analyze performance test results, diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts, frameworks, and tools to automate test execution and result analysis.
Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure performance requirements are considered from the early stages of development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
6-7 years or more of experience in performance testing and test automation.
Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling or k6.io.
Hands-on experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios for web applications and backend API s.
In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, best practices, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or Playwright.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization techniques to improve system performance.
Solid understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architecture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
