Position: HR Recruitment executive
Location: Vadodara.
Experience Required: 0.6 Months to 1 Year

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. This role is a combination of end-to-end recruitment and HR operational support, ensuring smooth hiring processes and efficient day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback and offer letters.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
HR Operations & Assistance
- Support onboarding process documentation, induction, and new joiner formalities.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Generating Employee ID & Sharing Salary Slips through Portal.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits of Project.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel etc.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0.6 months1 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
