Desktop Support Engineer, Hardware @ Sarthaa Infotech

Job Description

We are looking for field engineers who can install or handle breakdown calls of PC/Laptop/Printer.
Candidate must have Active Directory knowledge. Ready to travel within 30KM area.
Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems . Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints .
May train users and operators on a limited basis.
