Job Description
PositionOverview of Job As a Junior Account Executive in Finance, you will support key financial operations, including payroll management, banking transactions, and compliance with PF and ESIC regulations. You will maintain accurate financial records and work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth financial operations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute banking transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee provident fund (PF) and ESIC contributions.
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with senior account executives to address complex financial and compliance issues.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Basic understanding of finance, payroll management, and banking operations.
- Proficiency in maintaining PF and ESIC records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior team members.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
