Learning & OD Designer @ Amdocs

You will:

• Analyze training needs and proposes the directions that learning solution should be taking.
• Craft end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business' needs and priorities.
• Develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and crafts exercises, simulations and important metric factors.
• Build learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
• Manage learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces.
• Bring to the organization professional knowledge and standard methodologies relating to the learning and ISD profession, methodologies, tools, etc.
• Be encouraged to be a learning "guru", someone who always comes up with groundbreaking learning solutions.

• Bachelor of Arts or higher in Behavioral Science or Education and comprehensive experience of a minimum of 6yrs in the domain.
• Hands on as an ISD for at least 2 years
• Working in a global environment will be an advantage
• Project management
• Proven experience in matrix and sophisticated organizations is required

• Work with dynamic HR Professionals at the back-end
