Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities: -

• Work within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
• Work closely with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum model.
• Understand Sprint requirements, and participate in sprint planning.
• Drive assigned tasks based on the direction given by project lead.
• Ensure complete adherence to defined architecture and design.
• Ensure that the written code follows all the coding and security standards.
• Perform unit testing to achieve maximum of code coverage.
• Prepare or modify low-level design document, impact analysis document based on requirement changes.
• Follow all Scrum rituals in accordance with all planned activities .
• Participate in and/or lead design whiteboarding and creation of solution architecture.
• Perform code reviews for junior developers, and ensure coding standards have been followed.
• Actively participate in customer calls, and effectively communicate technical expectations to junior developers.
• Coordinate with business analysts to ensure that sprint backlogs are updated.
