Job Description

At Plexusbit Software, we're looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to establish and grow our sales and marketing function
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prospect database
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BTech from esteemed college with consistent academic records
• Strong phone communication skills, willingness to learn explaining technical services to potential clients
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Preferable - Knowledge of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach, CRM experience
• Exposure to IoT is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients and maintaining professional relationships throughout the sales cycle. The person will play a key role in driving our company's growth through strategic LinkedIn outreach and relationship building.
