Role: Lead Presales (Data Science & AI)

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Solution Presentation
• End to end delivery of Data Science & AI projects, right from customer engagement, acquisition, and on boarding.
• Present and demonstrate complete solutions capabilities to the prospects/ customers.
• Engage with clients at a strategic level to understand their business needs and develop and maintain project documentation such as Statements of Work (SoWs), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Specifications, and other design documents to support presales efforts.
• Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders, incorporating it into presales activities to ensure the final solutions meet user needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in presales, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role within the IT services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating business/commercial proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
• Good critical thinking skills.
