(i) Job Title:- Senior Project Manager- Electrical
Domain:-
- Power transmission & distribution systems, switchgear & control panels, datacenter, Electrical vehicle, Renewable energy, Industrial Automation System
Job Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage electrical projects from planning and design to execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Oversee electrical infrastructure development including power distribution, control systems, automation, lighting, and machinery integration.
- Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure project quality & on-time delivery.
- Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, monitor timelines, and control budgets.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC), and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Supervise installation and integration of control panels, PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation.
- Drive continuous improvements in electrical systems, energy usage, and operational reliability.
- Flexible to visit client site on regular basis for project discussion & on-site execution based on client requirement.
- Mentoring & detail product training to junior engineers and provide leadership for multi-disciplinary project teams
Qualification & Experience:-
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (Masters degree is added advantage).
- 10+ Years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, site inspection & project execution
- Proficiency in any project management tool.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety systems, energy audits, power quality management & FAT.
- Experience working with PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
(ii) Job Title - Senior Project Manager- Mechanical
Domain:-
- Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Cement & Mineral Processing, Special Purpose Machines, Automotive, Gears & gear boxes
Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and process improvements for enhanced productivity and cost savings.
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through to commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, procurement, and EHS to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise installation and performance testing of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Flexible to visit client site on regular basis for project discussion & on-site execution based on client requirement.
- Mentoring & detail product trainings to Junior Engineers about the detailed product knowledge to cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience:-
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (Masters degree is added advantage).
- 10+ Years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations site inspection & project execution
- Proficiency in any project management tool.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, P&ID, piping, HVAC, utilities, plant layouts, and equipment design.
