Job Description

key Resposibilites:

1. End-User Support & Ticket Management

    • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system.
    • Log, track, and resolve incidents or service requests within SLA.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support or vendors.

2. Desktop & Device Support

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
    • Provide basic support for operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common software.

3. User Account & Access Management

    • Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory tasks.
    • Support MFA, VPN, and secure access tools.

4. Network & Connectivity Support

    • Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP configuration).
    • Assist with remote connectivity and basic firewall troubleshooting (under guidance).

5. Collaboration Tools & Applications

    • Support MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
    • Install and configure licensed business applications as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows OS, networking fundamentals).
  • Familiarity with IT service desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Awareness of IT audit/compliance basics (preferred).
