Dear candidates,
We are hiring for our one of the project based in Nagpur.
Nagpur Opportunity will be for 6 Months; Post the project completion candidates will be deployed either at Pune or Hyderabad.
Job Description
- Project Manager with Civil background with Residential and Interior fitout experience.
- Should lead the project in terms of Civil construction activities.
- Tracking on long lead items and make them delivery in time to reach site for achieving the timelines.
- Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders at site level for smooth execution of works without deviation of safety and quality.
- Should ensure that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
- Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
- Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the construction clearances.
- Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
- Time to time coordination with internal MEP team for better understanding smooth execution of works.
- Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
- Coordinate and Preparation of weekly reports with internal team and ensure that the reports are getting delivered to all stakeholders on time.
- Should lead the project in terms of civil works of Residential project and ensure that all the works are happening as per the approved drawings.
Qualifications
- Education - Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
- 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
