Job Description
Role Overview:-- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI workflows and agentic systems that automate complex business processes
- - Architect scalable AI solutions that integrate with Patterns existing technology stack and business operations
- - Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
- - Collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation
- - Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI approaches before full implementation
- - Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for AI development
- - Contribute to the companys AI strategy and roadmap in partnership with leadership
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems
- - Strong Python programming skills with experience in modern AI frameworks and libraries
- - Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and agentic AI architectures
- - Experience building production AI systems that solve real business problems at scale
- - Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies
- - Strong system design skills with experience building distributed and fault-tolerant applications
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- - Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated expertise in AI systems development and deployment in the most recent years.
