Job Description

Project & Program Manager - ADAS Components & Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Coach: Project & Program Management Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries.
Grow: Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
Innovate: Drive innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
Develop: Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams Team development (incl. Career Path).
Satisfy: Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets.

Areas of Work:

ADAS components & systems
Leading the team as a Coach
Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds
Steer based on Metrics and KPIs

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills: Experience in ADAS components and systems.
Experience: 5-8 years in project and program management, preferably in automotive or related industries.
Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with metrics and KPIs for steering projects.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Domain knowledge in automotive engineering or related fields.
Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
