We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept professional to join our Integration Solutions team This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has a strong foundation in scripting and automation, and is eager to contribute to platform migration and web publishing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines using Python or other relevant programming languages
- Build and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business intelligence and operational insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for automation and optimisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CMS migrations and ensure seamless content publishing workflows
- Integrate CMS platforms with web publishing ticket management systems and related applications using APIs This includes designing and maintaining automated workflows, ensuring data consistency across systems, and enabling seamless collaboration between content, development, and operations teams
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy
- Participate in platform migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations
- Support quality assurance processes by validating data flows and publishing outputs
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages (eg, R, JavaScript)
- Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, transformation, and reporting
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for task optimisation
- Understanding of CMS platforms (eg, AEM, WordPress, TeamSite) and web publishing workflows
- Exposure to platform migration projects and associated data handling challenges
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel macros, SQL, or Snowflake is a plus
- Prior exposure to quality assurance in a publishing or digital content environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (eg, Azure, AWS) and their data services
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools, including the ability to explore and apply large language models (LLMs) for content automation, data enrichment, or workflow optimization
