QA Lead + SCM @ Bsh Technologies

Job Description

Wipro is currently seeking a QA Lead + SCM to join their team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune. They are looking for candidates who can drive the quality organization's vision and strategy, lead a team of test & QA engineers, and prepare an end-to-end test strategy/plan for programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Tech engineers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to integrate testing into development processes, track key quality metrics, and stay updated on technology trends. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a technology field, along with 12+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, specifically in WMS and Retail Ecommerce domains. Additionally, they should have expertise in testing and developing professional web software, strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, and experience with Ecommerce platforms, OMS, and 3rd party applications. The QA Lead + SCM role requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, in an Agile SCRUM and test-driven environment. Candidates should also be comfortable working with offshore development and testing teams, have knowledge of Continuous Integration principles, and be proficient in JavaScript and related libraries.
