Job Description
- Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. You will be developing and completing software test plans, analyzing and writing test standards and procedures, maintaining documentation of test results, analyzing test results, and recommending corrective actions. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be assessing the quality of Fusion HCM Applications through manual and automated testing. You should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about quality and customer satisfaction, we would like to meet you. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing requirements, collaborating with Development & Product Management teams to develop test strategy and test plans, implementing test cases (manual & automated) and analyzing test results, evaluating product features as per the requirements & designs, reporting bugs, helping prioritize the issues, and working with cross-functional teams in the integration testing phase. Requirements for this role include validated experience in Quality Assurance or Implementation of HCM Applications, knowledge of Core HR products, experience in API testing is an added advantage, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
