Job Description
- The job profile for this position is for a QA & Testing Senior Analyst, which is a Band 3 Contributor Career Track Role. As a QA & Testing Senior Analyst, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing test automation for software products. You will be required to define the test process, including necessary activities, deliverables, and schedules. It is essential to understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream, involving various backend and frontend architectural modules. Additionally, you will closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members, including scrum team members like Scrum Masters, developers, Product Owners, and QA at onsite and offshore locations. Your role will also involve defining test data conditions, collaborating with the Data team to obtain necessary data, and actively participating in all testing phases, such as in-sprint functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases, as well as contributing to regression testing, automation for newly integrated features, and developing tool sets to enhance QA and Development testing. Other responsibilities include business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging, tracking, defect reporting, and triaging. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing and at least 2 years of Agile experience. Desired experience includes hands-on programming experience with Javascript and Typescript, familiarity with Selenium and/or Cypress, a deep understanding of Git/CI CD pipeline terminologies, working experience with API automation frameworks, and experience with API virtualization or mocking tools like CA DevTest, Parasoft Virtualize, WireMock, or Hoverfly. Proficiency in Docker, Containers, and Images is also preferred. Your primary skills should include expertise in Healthcare, Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework, JIRA, Test Tool Management, and Testing & Agile experience. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the automation approach, identify and implement improvements within the automation process, orchestrate E2E test cases for parallel test execution in CI/CD pipelines, develop deep expertise in assigned applications for automation, execute automation scripts, resolve automation script/framework defects, participate in test automation tools training, and conduct E2E Integration testing by effectively coordinating with multiple service providers across the organization.,
