Job Description
- As a Trigger Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of product/product categories, drive innovation, and ensure the success of the product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, define product roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. In this role, you will define the vision and long-term strategy for our product portfolio. This includes conducting market analysis, identifying market trends, and anticipating customer needs. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, pain points, and use cases, collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals. Your responsibilities will also include developing and communicating product roadmaps to ensure alignment with company objectives. You will identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value and market demands, working closely with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and other teams to plan and execute product development initiatives. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation. As a Trigger Engineer, you will oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. This involves collaborating with Engineering & Solutions to define product requirements and specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery, and managing resources and timelines effectively. You will also ensure timely product testing, validation, and certification to ensure compliance and quality standards are met. In this role, you will conduct market research and analysis to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and trends. You will gather customer insights to make informed product decisions and monitor competitor offerings and strategies to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage. Utilizing market and customer insights, you will guide product enhancements and improvements. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing will be essential as you develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will support marketing efforts by providing product expertise, content development, and sales collateral, working closely with Sales to ensure effective product positioning, training, and sales enablement. Monitoring sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends will be crucial to refine product marketing strategies. As a Trigger Engineer, you will monitor product performance and key performance indicators, taking corrective actions as needed. Analyzing product data, customer feedback, and market trends will help identify opportunities for optimization. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product features, quality, and customer satisfaction, collaborating with Engineering & Solutions to prioritize and execute product enhancements and updates.
