Job Description
- As the Lead Integration Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, architecture, and development of MuleSoft-based integration solutions. Your key tasks will include developing and maintaining APIs, microservices, and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will be required to implement API-led connectivity by utilizing RAML, RESTful, and SOAP services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing Mule flows, error handling, and message transformations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to grasp both business and technical requirements will be essential. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the integration solutions you create are scalable, secure, and optimized for top-notch performance. You will lead the MuleSoft API lifecycle management, encompassing development, testing, and deployment stages. Furthermore, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning the performance of MuleSoft applications will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Integration, with a minimum of 5 years focused on MuleSoft. Your expertise should encompass a deep understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Gateway, and CloudHub. Proficiency in API development, design patterns, integration best practices, and hands-on experience with RAML, OpenAPI, SOAP, and RESTful APIs is crucial. Your skills in DataWeave, MUnit testing, performance optimization, Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks are expected. Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is highly valuable. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) services is advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership in technical teams, and a background in Agile methodology are essential for success in this role. Working effectively in cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence will be key aspects of your job.
