The role of this position is to act as a liaison between customers and the Wipro delivery team in order to understand and analyze customer requirements. You will be responsible for effectively communicating these requirements to the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customer. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between customer needs and delivery team capabilities. The position is located in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bhuvaneshwar, and requires a total experience of 10+ years. The work shift is in the US time zone. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support BI solutions and process improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and facilitate workshops to gather business needs. Critical skills required for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in BI tools, understanding of SQL for data querying, excellent documentation skills, and strong communication skills. You should also be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in B/Sc IT, BTech, BCA, MCA, or any graduate program. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is preferred, as well as training or certification in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. In terms of deliverables, you will be measured on customer engagement and delivery management metrics such as customer satisfaction, utilization percentage, leads generated, errors in documenting requirements, feedback from project managers, and timely completion of deal solutions. Knowledge management metrics include the creation of whitepapers, research papers, user stories, proposal documentation, and reusable components for proposals.
