Job Description
- You are invited to apply for the role of Consultant - Oracle Field Services at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for driving technical design and development for major components of focused Field Services & solutions by conducting gap analysis and offering best practice advice. Your role will involve identifying and testing application patches, working on problem-solving with a sense of urgency, and collaborating with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution. You will be required to engage with Enterprise Architects to discuss technical architecture and integration details, lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops for complex projects, and provide routing visualizations, resource scheduling, and capacity forecasting. Additionally, you will work on Inventory/Asset Management, custom properties configuration, business rules, screen elements, plugin configuration, integrations, activities, resource mobilization, REST APIs, and analytics. To qualify for this position, you should be able to work independently on Field Services, have experience in developing custom interfaces, and possess a thorough understanding of Oracle EBS data model, specifically Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Field Services, and CMRO modules. Preferred qualifications include experience in Oracle ERP/CMRO, Oracle E-Business Suite, and knowledge of Oracle financial standard functionality, customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration components. This is a full-time position based in India, Hyderabad, requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
