We are currently seeking applications for the role of Senior Manager, Pricing - Individual Contributor. In this position, you will play a lead role in pricing for multiple Genpact businesses globally. Your responsibilities will include building the commercial construct, responding to RFPs, aiding in negotiations, and ensuring the alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives. Key relationships for this role will include Sales & BD, Solution Lead, Practice Lead, SMEs, IT lead, Transition leaders, Operating leaders, and regional teams. Your responsibilities will encompass financial structuring and analysis, leading cross-functional deal teams, supporting client negotiations, collaborating with various departments, ensuring internal governance and reporting, maintaining process compliance, managing risk and margins, driving standardization and best practices, and contributing to global pricing strategy. Qualifications we seek in you include a CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA. We value a consultative mindset, problem-solving skills, versatility, adaptability, effective communication, executive presence, stakeholder influence, analytical and interpretation skills, industry knowledge, and project management expertise. This is a full-time position based in India, specifically in Bangalore. The educational requirement is a Master's degree or equivalent.
